Known bug: Some X-03 recipes (the helmet, one of the arms, and one of the legs) have descriptions mentioning T-45. It's purely surface level, and has no effect on the recipe's output. You'll still be getting the X-03 piece correlating to the recipe's name. I'm unable to fix it for now.
No it doesn't. The recipes are at the vanilla chem station. The optional patches to make it work with CF's stations are only provided for CF users, and not in any way mandatory.
Since CF is depreciated I've gone ahead and moved those patches to the old files. They work, but if it's depreciated, I guess they're not relevant as optional files.
If the shoulder pieces aren't showing on the model, it's not my problem. I only made recipes. Not the armor itself.
If you're referring to a crafting recipe being missing, there are no shoulder power armor pieces in (vanilla) FO4. You just have whole arms as their own bits. And both arms from both armors are craftable already.
