1.6 is out and I added the new Laser Pistol sounds to the standard mod and added Laser Turrets to the mix(The Wall mounted ones, these are completely new sounds, not a rehash of the laser rifle or pistol).
If you like the old Laser Pistol more than the new one, the old files are still available under "Old Files".
    Enjoy!

Great job with this mod. I like your laser sounds way more than the vanilla ones for sure. Think you could add a just-lasers version for 1.6, that leaves the vanilla plasma sounds in place?

Great mods! so the long range sound of a laser rifle is still the same? if so when are you going to update it?

I love you random mod maker on the internet, whom I have never met or seen before! And your sounds sound cool! And I am going to tell you everywhere I can.

" Plasma is currently only available in science fiction, and as such, there is currently no knowledge on how a plasma weapon would sound upon
    firing."
This is no longer true! Sure our plasma "gun" needs an entire building ot make it work, but we have, in fact, shot a ball (okay a don't) of plasma through the air and struck a target. I can't find the video on YouTube anymore... it's burred under 1000s of DIY nutjobs calling cold plasma lobbers "Plasma guns", but the real deal made a sound like a handclap mixed with an electrical fire.

TBH, lame. YOur work is much more fun!

Also, we do have real life laser weapons! They are mounted on vehicles and are mostly used for anti-drone operations. Yeah most don't sound like anything, but if you wanted a realistic laser weapon sound there wouldn't be any sound at all unless it hit an organic target. Then you'd hear one hell of a wet pop as the water in that flesh flash-boiled to steam, and steam, being a gas, expanded rapidly and the target went pop.

Fallout's lasers would be one shot kills to unarmored targets if they were remotely realistic.

    I'm confused...
Current version was uploaded in March 2016.. Version 1.6?
Then the fix for it, but only version 1.41 was uploaded in November?
Guess I will have to see, if 1.6 causes an audio loop, then try 1.41 if it does.

Lowered bass version is different than the original, 1.6 does not cause an audio loop. I know, I use it myself =P

AnR does something really extremely weird with energy weapon sounds anyway - the vanilla ones have an overboosted echo which makes them sound essentially identical to normal gunshots.

    Why didn't you do X instead of Y? I like X more!

    Hello there Sir or Madam.

I Love your sound mod on Energy weapons they look like could be taken from a real footage and I hope to see ballistic and big weapons.
    I have one question:
What program used for this modification? I own fallout classic weapon sounds and I need to try that myself cause I love the sound of mini-gun and Alien blaster in the old fallout. Could you give me a push?

I used goldwave to mix the sounds together and I used wavosaur to add loop markers so that the full auto sounds didn't bug out when firing.
Both programs are free and semi easy to use.

      Hope that helps.
