just made by myself, a simple Army fatigues mod with camoflage pattern of "Kyo-Ryeon(교련, 敎鍊)" uniform. 
back to the 1960~1980(it's my father's generations). when south korea under the military dictatorship, High-school students Must wearing the uniform and take this "Kyo-Ryeon" as a compulsory subjects(even girls too!). its similar like JROTC and Cadet. but it more babaric and farcistic.(because whole society itself is farcistic back then...)
and even univercity be no exception. so many of male students only two options. complete this Kyo-Ryeon subject and reduce the service period three or six month, or just not and suddenly conscriped without any preparation.

Anyway, there is two version. a old korean high school name tag version and without name tag one. enjoy!

Trivia
: a camoflage pattern of this Kyo-Ryeon uniform is a Hangul Pattern. a well-known and common pattern of Kyo-Ryeon uniform. and there are lots of Camoflage pattern variations back then, depends on Name of the School or School Uniform Companies.

Installation:
1. Open the zip file and choose the version you want and then put the Textures folder it into: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Fallout 4\Data
2. Go to your Documents/My Games/Fallout 4/Fallout 4.ini and find the line: sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\ (under Archive)
3. Edit the line so it looks like this: sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\, Textures\
