Mod does work. Know the requirements of which version you're downloading. I downloaded version 1.14 and chose the non-scripted, unsorted, and weighted options.
Good question. I downloaded it and the weapons don't show up anywhere. I can't find the esp's in the ESP explorer to load the rifles, I can't find the rifles in the console, I can't find the rifles at any workbench I have. I can find a chem station entry for Syringer Ammo but that doesn't look to have much in it beyond the stock stuff, or maybe I'm not realizing the additions. Idk. Like I said, tried to use the esp explorer and none of the 8+ esp s this mod installs are showing up in the list so... IDK, take that for what it's worth.
As far as I can tell it all works (assume Weatherby might have chosen wrong tags like NonE in installation or did a manual instalation and didn't remove them).
I only tested it a bit (had to do new game then cheat level+10k all resources meaning a ton of the stuff I couldn't test as much of it requires quests or items I didn't feel like looking up to spawn like sacks :D )
But used a couple the guns and total of 4 the cartidges/darts and they all worked just fine.
For some reason, it does not seem that I can craft the rifles/pistols. I am not sure if I need a specific chemistry workbench, or if the one that comes with Sanctuary is fine.
You'll need the specific weapons workbench for crafting weapons with in the AWKCR mod. The weapons can be found under the OTHER category.
Edit : If you are using the default, you will need to find the chemistry workbench to craft it. Almost forgot about this point. It should be located under a category called SYRINGER RIFLES. You may have to scroll down to locate it.
Well it should still work even with bethesda's updates. Nobody there seems to be touching syringer updates. Someone is more than welcome to take over the mod and update it if it's unusable.
Real-world activities are restricting my time to modding, especially with the community creating multiple levels of file compatibilities with the DLC's and across mods, it's fast becoming an indexing nightmare.
So i do hope you guys will enjoy it and if it needs fixing, just post. Will try to find time to update it just as i am now trying to update armour categories with CCA 3.01.
If you load multiple ammo types in, it randomly shoots one of the loaded ammo. Otherwise, the reload key is useful for you to switch ammo types given your situation.
