Changes mesh for recon scope

Swaps tactical stock to the full stock

This swaps the Iron sights with the scope mesh so that you can stay in 3rd person with a scope. WARNING: Completely useless in first person.

as per request I have changed the laser sniper barrel to the automatic barrel. Just for looks doesn't function full auto.
