Yea Bethesda did a terrible job with this place. Why couldn't they have made it a nice modern flat instead of an eerie dingy s#*! hole garage? Wtf.. it doesn't make sense. Like how does the person responsible for this sloppy house still have their job?
I bought the house, went in and started cleaning it up, got the place ready to build in and was taking a moment to reflect on what I wanted to do with it. Then I heard the loud ambient noise that fills every corner of the place.
Walked out and haven't been back since. Maybe now I can turn it into a secondary Power Armor garage.

However, I avoid deletion of Objects because FO4Edit has a bug.
