   What you made looks good, but the ability to replicate it (without a new game) is priceless.

   Definitely one of the more unique settlements.
   
   What's the framerate dip? Some of these settlement mods put my GTX 970 through the blender.

      Sorry, i kinda trashed the "size" limit early in, but i tried not going overboard with it.
      Do you have any 2k/4k textures? that might be it.
