      Not so. Somehow, it loads a cell and has it play out. If you bothered to look at the video, you'd see it's not a still shot.

   It looks great! How do you do this? Or perhaps you could do it for me, I'm looking to create a United Soviet Socialist Republic (USSR) one, and its lore friendly, I checked. But to do this, it requires a few mods, which is why I was wondering how I could do one myself to see the glorious hammer and sickle each time I started Fallout 4. Regardless if you do or not I'm installing this mod, it looks really smooth, even if I sided with the Brotherhood, I'm still working with the institute in my heart. I just like Paladin Danse a bit more than my son.
