      It replaces the sound effect to a transformation of a Super Saiyan right after taking Jet. Uploading video at the moment.

      could you make it so it does that for buff or psycho & make a another version that has goku saying im am a super saiyan,
      could you make another mod that has goku saying im am a super saiyan every time you level up

      I think that last bit, saying 'I am a Super Saiyan' at level up would be more amusing if using Vegeta saying it (from the Namek Saga, when he's taunting Frieza). Given that there is no level cap, and unless you are using console commands or OP mods, you're never really safe from getting rekt (which fits more with Vegeta's tendency to talk big that get rekt immediately thereafter).
