I wanted a mod like this for a long time. But the name 9mm Pistol Does not fit since its a .38. You should rename it to .38 Pistol. Aside from that its perfect!
5 years late, but the .38 in Fallout 4 is generally taken to be .380ACP. In Europe it's called 9mm Kurz, and the actual dimensions are 9x17mm, as opposed to 9x19mm for 9mm Parabellum/Luger
Funny enough the 9mm Parabellum/Luger is actually the most common in the US IRL. For some odd reason Bethesda decided to use the obscured cousin instead....
There is just one thing i think you should change: the silencer seems a bit too long. Maybe you could shorten it a bit (aka ~50%) or exchange it for the one of the 10mm.
I tried to set it to 13, the same as a Browning Hi-Power (For balance reasons), but for some reason the magazine size is being adjusted from the given value. Not at my PC till the 2nd (Yay christmas home trips :/), so can't do anything about it till then.
