But pretty sure it will help about donwload count. PS : if you do it , do it as alternate file , pretty sure few people will still keep x-01 version.
I dunno what's going on but I see the new video but the music is still the default. I followed the steps and changed the ini settings(already had them from previous mods).
Same as you , i've start to try with the main file , new ""video"" (where we had red rocket before) but still defaut music. So i've download the "music only" file and replaced myself , but still defaut music...
I have plenty of mod but your mod is the first about the main menu so it's an issue about load order.
EDIT : Will writing this post the defaut music finish (didnt loop) and now i've the RR music , so in a way it work as intended , but idk why we still have defaut music before RR music.

Have you definitely not got any mods installed already that tamper with the theme?
and the MUSIC\ flag must be in the .ini, so that's worth double checking
Also, did you disable the main intro? If so try re-enabling it.

You should make a Minutemen one as well, that would be neat.
There are a few steps involved.. including recording the footage and then converting it along with the audio,
