Raiders Are Not Normal
This mod edits the female Raiders so that they use a separate normal body texture. They currently use their own diffuse body texture which makes them look dirty, but they are using the same normal texture as the "clean" females. Here is a good resource if you have no idea what I'm talking about.
I'm including the vanilla normal texture in the package that you should overwrite with your texture mod of choice.
