This mod simply makes wearable T-60 better than X-01, making it the best power armor in the game.
NPC's T-60s, such as Brotherhood of Steel, that can't be acquired by the player has the same stats as the original T-60, better than T-51 no better than X-01. (Unaffected by the mod, I think)
The armors' values are still cheaper than X-01 and the level required to get T-60 is also lower than X-01. If anyone wanted to make this mod better, feel free to do it!

An all new version, make the T-60 as good as the X-01!
Choose only one ESP or it'll conflict making only the last in the load order applied to the game, I think.
