About this mod
Food and water don't heal anymore, but become more crucial to avoid side effects of dehydration and hunger. You need to drink and eat once a day.

Installation :
1. Extract the file into your Fallout 4 folder (default location in : Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\Fallout 4).
2. Edit "plugins.txt" located in Yourusername\AppData\Local\Fallout4
At the end of the file add this line :
Hunger and thirst mod.esp![]()
Uninstall :
See warning 1.
That's all.
Warning :
1. If you want to uninstall the mod, you must use an addictol or go see a doctor to remove all addictions. And then you can uninstall the mod. If you don't do that, your stats won't be healed correctly. In that case use command player.setav (go here for more information).
2. Because they are set as addictions, addictol and doctors can remove them (drink and eat to activate the thirst/hunger again).
3. Stat loss will kill you if it kicks in when you have low health.
