Simply extract into your Fallout 4 DATA folder. Generally found at:

C:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Fallout 4\Data

Or wherever you installed FAllout4.

Now, I figure most people know this by the time they install piece of junk mods like this, but better safe than sorry:

To enable the use of texture mods in FO4, you hafta add a line to the Fallout 4 .ini file, which is found at:

C:\Users\[Username]\Documents\my games\Fallout4

To enable them, open that and scroll down until you find the line that says:

sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\

Replace that line with:

sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\, TEXTURES\, MUSIC\, SOUND\, INTERFACE\, MESHES\, PROGRAMS\, MATERIALS\, LODSETTINGS\, VIS\, MISC\, SCRIPTS\, SHADERSFX\

And you're good to go!
