Ok, a suggestion for optional files: - all in one - json files for looksmenu (easier to "transfer" a face like that then using facecopy etc, also, a lot of people out there who use alternate starts, a savegame isnt realy helpfull there)
I use the 'Face Ripper' by xatmos if I've made changes later on. I have a minor issue with the makeup, but I just write the values down on a piece of paper. Oldfashioned way (fits my age, lol...)
I don't know how to use this looksmenu? Is it the ingame character screen? Just like you dump the face i Skyrim? How do you apply the character dump to a new save then? Are the makeup settings dumped as well?
PS.According to your download history you've actually chosen the characters I like best my self. You're going to like the next ones then. Made some similar to those, or some updated and adjusted.
looksmenu is applied to the facelookmenu of the game, with added functionality to save a preset and load, so you do not have to write the values down by hand and apply them

But I'd rather not install it. It apparently requires F4SE (Fallout 4 Script Extender) to work. It seems a bit complicated to install a lot of things just to be able to transfer facegen data. I think I'll just stick to my old method and Face Ripper. At least for now.
The Face Ripper works nicely. It grabs the entire facial structure. It only sometimes skips the makeup part, but the trick is to hoover above the skin colors and it usually does the trick:
"Skin Color and Makeup
If skin color and makeup don't appear correctly in-game: 1. Enter the LooksMenu (console: slm 14). 2. Move the cursor over the neck and enter the skin color menu. 3. Do not accept a change, just move the selection to another color. 4. The face should update all at once with the correct skin color and makeup. 5. Back out, exit the Looks Menu, and save your game."

Don't use Saved Games, but couldn't help reviewing your line-up. Would be very tempted by Phecda (as a follower), and nothing wrong with Via either.
But stopped dead at your comments on Yang Guifei being modelled on Lucy Liu - her character of (modernised) Watson in "Elementary" confirms that Lucy Liu has matured into a really beautiful woman and a far cry from the bimbette she started as in ....... (can't even remember). However, from a graphic point of view I'd say mimicking the actual shape of both her eyes would be a difficult task.

He..he... As I wrote the Lucy Liu didn't turn out as I wanted. You can't make her face structure with this character creator. I tried several time with no luck. And yes, I can easily follow you fascination of Lucy Liu. She has a very special face and has aged to perfection. As you noticed there are several facial structure you can't create. Lucy Liu's eyes have no edges like many asian. Her cheeks are also very difficult because her cheekbones are placed in a way you can't model. They are way to clean, soft and yet outstanding.
These are all very good. And I really like your descriptions. But I cannot help but wonder about Helle. Is she the one who made it all the way to the top? I think there is a certain likeness.
No, she is not that Helle. If she was I would probably have asked her for a meeting Helle Thorning is taller and more skinny. The girl from my highschool was a sporty type, and as such very robust build. Not chubby, but solid, if you know what I mean?

I met our prime minister a couple of times before she grabbed power. And... how shall I describe it? She's all numbers and statistics. Very concentrated always with her head deep burried in some tablet. I prefer my Helle. She was all fun, and always in a good mood. And had the most lovely smile you can imagine (why didn't I hold on to her... *sigh*).
