So you've taken over the Castle, called in your Minutemen, and furnished the place in a manner befitting a General and their loyal supporters - but something's not quite right, is it?
There's a big, stinky pond in front of your proud HQ. It's full of garbage and skeletons and who knows what else. It's gross. It's weird. Traders are avoiding the Castle because that nasty water unnerves them. And Minuteman Bob hasn't been quite right since he drank out of it - is that a third eye forming on his arm?!
"It'll be fine," your Minutemen say, but you're not convinced. "Is there nothing I can do?" you moan, "Must we constantly be at the mercy of this disgusting pond?"
NOT ANYMORE!
My little mod now fixes that stank pond, removing all traces of garbage and sludge. The bloodleaf remains for those of you who use it for cooking, and the rowboat still contains a suitcase, but all garbage piles and pond scum puddles are now gone. Rejoice!
This is my first mod, so please let me know if you run into any problems. It should be compatible with all other mods, since all I did was just delete the ugly "decorations". I haven't experienced any problems with retaking the Castle, so you should be fine installing this on either a new or old game.
For a real 'wow' factor and to get rid of the radiation, I highly recommend Feyawen's "Clean Water of the Commonwealth" mod (as seen in the screenshots with the "tropical" option).
I have no idea how to make an Xbone version, sorry. Please, enjoy!
EDIT: I've been kindly informed that IRL, the pond in front of Fort Independence is called 'Pleasure Bay'! BUT IT ISN'T VERY PLEASURABLE IN THE GAME, IS IT?!
