So I downloaded it but the mod manager won't let me install. If it matters, yes I made the necessary chagnes throught the notepad to mod the game. Still does not install when I click install.
Its a Notepad document, To install it simply download it or in this case open up where nexus downloaded it too then copy and paste it into your fallout 4 directory.
When in game just hit " ~ " and then type " bat resourceadd "
