Initial Release
Adds a buildable terminal under Power -> Misc where you can copy holotapes. You require blank holotapes (craftable at chemistry workbench) for this.
This is mostly a proof-of-concept/modder's resource than anything else. The source code is included in the ba2.
Usage
Craft some blank holotapes.
Activate the terminal, insert some holotape.
Tab out of the holotape.
Select "Copy data to terminal".
Eject the holotape.
Select "Write data to holotape".
Should work on literally any holotape which can run on a terminal. This might be somewhat unbalanced, and I also don't know what happens if you copy a quest holotape.
