Two new settlements, Long Wharf & Waterfront Park, to join earlier two settlements at Waterfront. Tested and found to be working.

PIERS OF COMMONWEALTH SERIES 3: WATERFRONT EXTENDED
This release contains 2 external settlement at Waterfront location of the Fallout 4 game. They are vanilla player settlement sites, meaning there is no need for other MOD's or any of the DLC's. There should be no mismatch with other MOD's, apart from those that also affect same areas of course. It is advisable to play through any possible Quests that happen in this area before installing these MOD's!
I also highly recommend using some of the wonderful building MOD's, like Homemaker e.g. I do so myself.
LONGEST WHARF
Long Wharf Settlement, (LongWharfSettlement.esp),
This is my vision of Long Wharf, just clear the place of super mutants and start building!
WATERFRONT PARK
Waterfront Park Settlement, (WaterfrontParkSettlement.esp),
Here are the Good, the Bad, and the Ugly a'ka done changes of this area:
The Good
I added some trees, since trees are good!
The Bad
I removed all lampposts as they are inherently evil. Only bad things can come if you leave broken lampposts to be, so yes, I removed them all!
The Ugly
Trash, Debris, Kelp, and especially Marsh Scum are ugly! True horrors for the discerning eyes. So they were removed; welcome to clean Waterfront Park!
This is NOT a game save nor settlement blueprint!
Installing these MOD's couldn't be any simpler: just copy the *.esp files from where you unzipped them into your Fallout4/Data -folder or use MOD Manager if you have one! You can also install only either one of them alone, or both.
These MOD's are totally vanilla, so only Fallout 4 is needed. As of now they work fine on my PC, but I have not tested them on other PC's. This means that you might find bugs. Please inform me of those, and I'll do my best to fix them!
Cautionary Mention: Some of the builds seen in pictures are only examples, they do not exists in MOD's!
