This mod replaces 38 perks with new ones, most of them are in line with the images I uploaded. If I get some time this evening, I'll publish a full list, but honestly, I wanted to give people something new for their 3 millionth playthrough, and I don't really want to spoil it.
It won't spoil or anything mate, it will just intrigue more people to use your mod instead of the original. Not adding everyone will leave people clueless and might decide not to use this mod due to lack of information. And if you show all then the worst thing that can happen is that they will use the original one, or ask you to change something which makes it a higher chance of people downloading your mod
I'm crashing to desktop trying to get magazines, now. I'm checking to see if it was your mod; I hope not, I like the premise of it that much and have used it for months on end.
I have a suggestion for Wasteland Survival Guide #9 (The meat bonus one).
Added creatures like Aquatic Bestiary or Unique NPCs-Creatures and Monsters of the Wasteland create don't get redoubled by it (or the More F'in Meat mods for that matter)
The latter is down to that mod set's creator, but since you rework perk mags I was wondering if there is a way to make the category of meat as a whole get spotted and doubled by the perk of Issue #9.
I don't know if it's already the case, but it would be kinda nice if one or two of each type gave you a bonus like the one in vanilla, but buffed up to compensate. So say, a Guns and Bullets issue that gives 15/20% critical damage for ballistic weapons, a Surgical Journal with 10% limb damage... stuff like that. I don't play around with crits and VATS much so I never make builds that pump those things up in a massive way, so it was always nice to have a little bump to the effects of the occasional crit, and limb damage is pretty handy, and particularly fun when playing with mods that add live dismemberment hahaha
Well. There is a Grognak issue that gives immunity to freezing effects. And they occur like 3-4 times during the whole game and dlcs, so I suggest that it need a replacement. Otherwise this is really cool mod I believe.
Just to be clear: This only effects the magazines that grant incremental increases? (Grognak, Tesla Science, etc.) Mags that already gave unique perks (Live&Love) are uneffected?
Also, this mod does not function retroactively?
It's a great idea for a mod, and a wonder it hasn't already been done. This could be big.
1. Only 4 of the incremental magazines: Grognak, Surgical Journal, Tesla, Guns & Bullets 2. Nope, not retroactive. However, you will stop getting the incremental perks once this mod is installed 3. Thanks!
If you are using my Random Valuables mod, which apparently has some bugs, you can get the new perks even after finding magazines you already own. If not, you will simply stop getting the incremented perks (+5% crit on ballistics from Guns and Bullets, f.ex.), and will get the new perks on any magazines you find after installing this mod.

Fixed an error I noticed in the Creation Kit.

10% damage resist in metal armor?
15% damage with melee?
Anyone?

3. Thanks!
Do these work on an existing save game where you have already picked up the magazine or should this be a new game only?
Just wondering, kinda expect the answer but figured might as well ask. Great idea BTW and nice work :).
