This text-file is simply to drop the perk-magazines Wasteland Survival Guide for you to pick up. As such you need to open console to run this file. Simply type: bat Wasteland The magazines will spawn so you can pick them up. Drop the text-file into the main folder of your game.

The text-file uses the player.placeatme command to spawn the magazines where you stand. Example; player.placeatme 0008e75e 1 will dropFarming The Wastes that you'll find at Wreck of the USS Riptide. The reason I made this file was for easy access to the magazines at start of a new game. When you run this file, it'll spawn all Wasteland Survival Guide-magazines where you stand.
