    Hey. I'm a little confused. Can you improve the description, to explain better? Its this saying I can create soda or nuke grenades? Thank you!

      The word "also" in the description indicates it's both. Cola from the soda machine and when spending five caps you can choose between a bottle with cola or a grenade. That's how I read it.
