Everything works fine for me, lift and settlement both functioning... and damn that lift is fast! Don't see much point in the lift room key being inside the lift room itself, since you have to pick the lock to get inside in the first place. Aside from that great work.

cant get to the workshop, looks like walls stacked on top of doors in a few places. Looks nice otherwise, but couldnt get it to work---- looking through the comments, it looks like a bunch of reinstalls and settler issues, and that the author has abandoned it.

This is a very nice mod, tried to build a settlement here with Conquest, but it didn't work well, so much couldn't be scrapped with Scrap Everything, especially in the front half of the house. Your mod on the other hand, works so much better, and adding the elevator is a nice touch. Thanks

Testing out the Settlement. Happiness starts at 50, great. Can not send Settlers here. Mystic Pines will not show up as a settlement choice to send Settlers to. Will try and re-install and see if that helps.
(had this same problem with Natick, and could never get it to work)

It is last in the load order also (above scrap mod)
(both times set up a beacon also). Will try reinstalling again.

    Update 2: Uninstalled, Re-installed
Update 3 and 4: reinstalled 2 times more, Happiness still at 0, Mystic Pines DOES show up in the list to send settlers to, but
they never go, they never show up. And population at the settlement still always shows zero.

Dont know what else to try. Please, any thing else I could do?
Now 0 Happiness, and still cant send Settlers here.
    ===========================================

OK..... Uninstalled. Went back to a save which was Not in the area. Installed. Went there. Used the Workbench (at the workbench), to open the settlement. Went and put in a Settlement Beacon. Went to another settlement. Sent a Settler there (Hurrrayyyy). It worked.
Happiness is at 50 too. Hope this helps other folks too.
    Thank you for your settlements.

Hey I've been having this exact problem as well (with some other settlement mods too), nice to see you solved it and I'll be trying out your method. Just wondering though did you have to load a previous save (before the cell ever loaded) or would uninstalling and going to a faraway cell to reinstall work maybe? I suppose I'll probably answer my own question so I'll update this if I have any luck, but feel free to chime in with any info you might have though.

EDIT: So I had to reload the pre-activate save about a dozen times before this settlement would show up in the "Send To..." dialogue, but settlers are still not acknowledging my command to send them there and the population count never increases. I've tried from in-settlement and from a variety of other settlements, no luck. Unfortunately I don't have a save from before I loaded this cell in my game, so I guess I'm boned. I guess I'll have to try out a different Mystic Pines Settlement mod, maybe with better luck. Shame, I really liked the modifications this one had. If all else fails, guess I'll have to Conquest this bitch.

This sorta worked for me. I have to place it dead last in my load order to get this to show up in the pipboy.
I could not send any settlers here, even tho I got the option to do so.
One settler has show up, so I think it will grow.

Thank you Wonimal for this mod,

I'm starting a modded playthrough after having played vanilla years ago when the game was originally published and when I found this abandoned retirement house I thought it was the perfect spot for a settlement. Thank you for making it real.

great mod but i must be only one here seems to be having trouble with it. when i install it dosent look like in the pics. stuff missing like around deck wall is gone door just floating and orignal greenhouse walls are still there flickering into the added walls. the kitchen part the fridges are in the stoves and stuff. like existing map didnt change or removed existing stuff and just pasted over it. i have no idea what would be causing it since i dont have any mods for this area could conflict. oh well thanks anyhow.

Strange indeed, I suggest reinstalling and make sure to put it at the end of your load order just above your scrapping mods... also be sure you are not running any other mod that alters Mystic Pines.. please let me know how it goes... thanks

I made something like this a few months ago with one of those Settlement Anywhere mods and the Creation Kit. Man, it was a challenge. Anyways, I'm glad someone's made a proper version of this. This is such a nice settlement spot. Thanx man!

Putting this mod through its paces, it has played out great! Very well done.

I must say though that when I went to go up to the overpass I had a tear brought to my eye. :( With further exploring I think I found what I hope was not Mrs Wonimal too. :(

It is little touches that really show the quality in mods. Well done.

PS - Stay away from high areas if you want to go out drinking in the future.

LOL, Glad you liked :) Drinking and heights def don't go together and one should always be sure the lift is there before stepping off.
