Mystic Pines is now a settlement with a lift to extend your settlement building to the overpass.
This was a little project I did for myself and figured I'd go ahead and share with others, hope you enjoy...
Added:
Basement w/workbench.
Stairwell for roof access.
Lift w/lift mech. room.
Kitchen area.
Enhancements:
Repaired walls floors etc.
Leveled out ground,no more dirt pushing up through floors.
Large build area to include overpass, plenty of room to build up and out.
All items are now srap-able
Various other minor tweaks and fixes.
Added optional file as requested for Survival Players:
Adds Cooking and Chem stations in rest home. Adds Armor workbench to lower level overpass.
MOD LOAD ORDER: Place at the end of mod load order above your scrapping mods...
Compatibility:
This mod is lore and quest friendly and can be run at any stage of the game.
