I can not add music to the mod from Fallout 3 / Tactics / etc.
Nexus policy prohibits any upload involving music not covered by public domain status. Neither the Fo3 nor the Tactics Soundtracks are PD, so unless that changes my hands are tied.
Can't you send a pm to Inon Zur and ask him if you can use his music, or it doesn't work that way? I know F1 and F2 are PD but I still asked Mark Morgan if I can use his music for my mod.
@koyr_gr, @skaven234567 or you just convert the tracks you want to .xwm and replace it with the mod's tracks like: i want to add darude sandstorm what do i do? i convert it to .xwm and rename it to mus_FO1_AcolytesOfTheNewGod.xwm. then i replace the existing one and done.
Mark Morgan did some serious nice sounds back in the time. I remember playing Zork and the nice music and the coincidence to Fallout of course. Metallic Monks at Zork just listen carefully ;)

This sound is so special. Good sound and music is the soul of a good game. These were good games back in the time.
Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! A thousand thankyous.
The first Fallout has the distinction of being the only computer role-playing game in which I wept as the end credits rolled. Fallout 2 was almost as good. I have replayed them numerous times in the past. Fallout 3, New Vegas, Fallout 4, are good games with a lot of replayability, but they do not have the same feel that the older titles did, they don't have the same magic. Now with the music and atmospherics of the first two, even if the game itself is a different beast, I can at least suffer the illusion that the magic is back.
Lost World. That's not the combat music though, but the modder does have a seperate file for combat music. Lost World is his regular music replacer. Both are fantastic. Makes you feel like the world is desolate and dark.
I use this along with something I made that takes my fav combat tracks from New Vegas and New California , both soundtracks blend just perfect with this replacer.
