took a while to find to set up glowing text on the new font, but i found the file path eventually. thank you so much for making this, the game was L I T E R A L L YU N P L A Y A B L E before.
I love this, but I saw something weird on the loading screen version of the Bobbleheads - the text almost looked like it was being written twice, just slightly misaligned from each other.
If I see it again, I will take a screenshot, but it's not a big deal, really! :]
Simple texture replacement that changes the font of the Bobbleheads with the correct Vault-Tec font (like in Fallout 3)."
How do you get to the idea that Fallout 3's Vault Tec Font, is "correct" and Fallout 4 or any other Fallout, has "wrong" fonts.
Neither are right or wrong, just different. If you prefer the Fallout 3 version and making this mod, at least implies you do. Saying, "The mod replaces the font with Fallout 3's version, which I prefer." is all that's needed.
No need to try and claim one imaginary design is correct, because it was imagined first. Oh wait, Fallout 1, Fallout2, Tactics, Brotherhood came before Fallout 3, i'll try again.
No need to try and claim one imaginary design is correct, because it was imagined fifth, not sixth. That's better.
Mod looks fine, though the text appears very slightly blurred, that could be the image though and not the mod.
Just one simple example should explain what I meant by correct font. The Vault-Tec van from Fallout 4 : http://vignette3.wikia.nocookie.net/fallout/images/1/15/VaultTecVanFo4.png/revision/latest?cb=20150618170451
And I could mention the actual Bobbleheads that you can buy on the Bethesda Store : http://store.bethsoft.com/collectibles.html?cat=406
So, yeah, in my opinion the font used on the Bobblehead of Fallout 4 isn't the correct one. And, yes, I know that the Vault-Tec logo from Fallout 1, Fallout 2 and Tactics didn't use this font at all...
Well, I guess I'll edit the description to avoid confusion.
@Mkdo40 You don't have to say, "in my opinion," man. It's not arguable. The font you've put in is the correct font. Bethesda, being Bethesda, just didn't pay attention/didn't care and put in the wrong font.
UhuruNUru is just a hardcore Bethesda apologist, apparently.
