Thanks a lot for your new settlements.

Is possible créate a new settlement in the glowing sea ?

The idea is building a Megaton city.

    Thanks in advance.

I know this comment is really old and you've likely either solved the problem or scrapped this idea by now, but the mod Glowing Sea Colonization adds 7 new Settlements to the Glowing Sea.

Its on my maps and in my lists but I cant get the provisioners to go there. I can assign them but nothing turns up in the workshop. Settlers wont go there either.

Despite having Scrap Anything loaded (and running right near the end of my load order) and despite also putting Pilgrims Way late in my load order, I find that I can scrap the two autos, and some of the trees in the in the north-east of the settlement area, and that's all.

I can't scrap the rolling stock or bogies, or any of the rubbish (trash, tyres, crates) on the railway line.

    Any ideas?

It's better to say nothing, and be thought a fool, than to speak, and to remove all doubt.

Just started using the mod and was surprised on how large the build area is. One sim settlement pack that works great in the marshy areas is https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/31206. Thematically a lot of the ship/water plots look great there!

One question I have is a lot of the stuff that is usually scrap able isn't (pile of tires , pallets , down trees, stumps , etc etc) . It would be nice to be able to clean up around the tracks a bit more .

    Edit :
    * everything in the build area scrapable according to what scrapping mods you have. I use scrap everything. If you don't have a scrap mod, there's not much you'll be able to scrap since I'm not interested in going through the area with a fine tooth comb and adding each little item to the scrap list.
Reread the description and saw this !

Thank you for your work and please keep it up!

Anyone know if this the same location as the Norwood Depot settlement? I would link it, but looks like the author took that one down.

Either way, thanks for making the mod!

Looks like it. Although, if I remember correctly, there's two different railway towers along the rails when walking from Somerville to Norwood Depot, so, not sure which is which.

And yes, m0ds1984 took down his individual settlement mods but his AIO is still available.

Spent a few hours here building what was going to be a railroad base to send synths south but now its an old train station using the carts from the dlc as shops and the trains as support for a sniper tower with a station cafeand a bus turned into a clinic for travelers coming to boston or going south.

there are a couple mods that add locations to the area but nothing seems to conflict at the moment

im not able to scrap the trains or the train wheels other than that i can do anything

nice big build area some random mirelurks from west and east super mutant attacking devil rust raider or brotherhood of steel just north and some radstags and deathclaws north west ........... what a great place for a settlement what could possibly go wrong

Absolutely love your collection of settlement locations. I particularly like this one as I always set my supply lines to follow the train tracks where possible, so I now have a somewhere to place a hub to connect Somerville Place and Murkwater construction.
Carrying on this theme I would like to suggest Bedford Station and somewhere near Jalbert Brothers Disposables as possible locations.
One place I would really like is the Robotics Disposal Yard, NE of Concord as I usually end up using Conquest to place a settlement here as I never use fast travel and like using the "Lone Wanderer" motorcycle mod that you can pick up here.

Seriously though, these are really excellent mods in some really interesting areas, keep up your exceptional work.

Almost all of the marked locations have been made into settlements at one time or another. However since Sim Settlements (if you use it) came out there may be some value in remaking some of these locations. I'm trying to pick spots that haven't been done before.

Thanks Kennethc, but I was thinking of the Robotics Disposal Yard, just East of Sanctuary.
Very fair point about the marked locations and I am loving your choices for new locations.

At this stage I'm still experimenting with CK, and I'm not confident to do more than one at a time. I'll keep it in mind though.
