will you add command voice for her like "pacified" raider? because in vanilla, Pacified raider has basic command quotes And she's missing quotes when tell her to get out the power armor
Captainoob6 maybe you won't even see this comment so late to the time you made this sweet mod but I had to try and ask you this anyways:
In the video showcase of your companion mod, you female character is wearing a vault suit with straps and belts, could you tell me what is the name of that vault suit mod or accessories?
Oh I have that Proto Vault suit but I thought you had a standalone vault suit with those black belts included or something. lol
My shadowed leather doesn't look that black. lol So I think I will use a blacker retetuxter to get the version I want and get it closer to how your character has those belts in your video. xD Thanks for helping Captainnoob6!
So i just freed her and u need to have the subtext on so u see that shes actually communicating while u wait, i got impatient and restarted convorsation over and over. Anyway she didnt leave the chains once she agreed to follow me so what i did was step back a bit and used the E option and told her to move to a location i pointed at and presto she started moving and now she follows.

I didn't tested the new version, but noticed 2 errors in the files, the first one is the file naming, if your plugin is named plugin.esp, then the ba2 data file must be called plugin - Main.ba2, now your plugin is named RaineCompanionPCXB1 - Main.esp, so the game wont load it, because with this plugin name the ba2 file should be named RaineCompanionPCXB1 - Main - Main.ba2. The second one is that you included some F4SE scripts in your data file that should not be present, because those files will overwrite any new version of F4SE and other mods would fail to work because of this.

EDIT: I've changed those things i said, and the mod works fine with the ba2 archive, I hope you find someone to do the voice acting, that would be awesome. Or maybe you could use one of those text-to-speech engines out there. :)
EDIT2: I like the location you used for her, because is one of the few places where you find a corpse named "Corpse", and it looks like Nora, there is another corpse that looks like Nora, Ms. Boom, in the Switchboard. There is also 2 places where you can find a corpse that looks like Nate, upside down, inside of the the vault-tec ban that is parked in front of Parsons, after completing the quest for the Cabot family, and another "Nate" that is a children of Atom, in the Crater of Atom.
Mysteriously, near to this place you can find this:
LoL, no man, you are not a dumbass. I like also the type of rider you used for Raine, she looks pretty similar to a vanilla raider that I like, because, at the beginning of the game, she usually aims you with her weapon but wont shot you... like a novice raider, I find that cute.
Edit, I've downloaded it again, but still contains pex files from F4se, use Archive2 in the tools folder to remove these files from the archive:
Make sure you give her a recruit ring higher than the amount of companions you currently have. IE I am stuck with Longfellow who wont leave (bug I guess) and have Cait as my companion. So, ring 3 or higher she comes loose but 1 or 2 doesnt. Its confusing but it is what it is. Hope this helps. I was borderline suicidal til I figured it out....Ha!
Ha! Nice. i just went through and patched all four of your custom comps at once on my own. Did you happen to add Power Armor dialogue in any of your patches (mainly to get them OUT of any power armor)?

Pickpocket her fusion core. If you get caught she becomes hostile. Otherwise she will get out. This doesnt work in FO4 game companion npc's since they use power armor with or without a fusion core. Hope this helps.
Quick compliment. I am a retired Marine and now a Doctor. Not a Gamer and know nothing about software. You guys that mod are incredible! You and Skillzerk make great mods that are clean and I run 100 currently and whenever something goes wrong neither of you made the mod that caused a conflict. Good on ya and keep it up! --Doc B
I found and talked to her and told her to follow me, then I traded with her and removed the shock collar but she doesn't move at all. Am I doing something wrong or is there an incompatibility with eg. AFT?
I have a ton of mods running, but too have an issue where I can get to the "Trade/Ready?/Nevermind/Let's Go" dialogue and do the following:
1. choose "Trade" and take the collar 2. choose "Ready?" (Raine says yes) 3. choose "Let's go" (Raine says sure)
But then nothing happens. She remains shackled and does not follow me. Further, her crosshair option is "Talk", not "Command".
I've tried shooting and meleeing the shackles to no avail.
None of the mods I am running change the raider shack's cell north of Sanctuary (where Raine is encountered), so I do not think it is a mod compatibility issue. Either there is a step we are missing (since the encounter isn't shown in her spotlight video), or there is something up with the latest version of the mod.
I stopped using AFT but now using Unlimited Companion Framework. It works well with every other Companion (eg. Captain Bridget, Winter, Matilda, Vex, Kate, T0-R1 and many more). Raine however doesn't work. I even tried removing the shackles using console and when done she stands up but that's it.
The savegame I used is a 100% clean one without any mods installed and is right after leaving the vault and finishing Codsworth quests in Sanctuary.
What Quest do we have to finish so she follows? We can do that in console to get it fixed :)
Edited. Originally thought it was the scripts not being included, but they are in the .BA2 archive, so that's not the case. Still investigating.
