ice bolt is... disappointing, to say the least. deals no damage at all. the slowdown is nice but by time you can fire any weapon you switch to, because again, ice bolt does no damage, the slowdown is done. have yet to make the other two bolts, hopefully those fair better
How to play as a witch, a wizard, or a psyker, or Harry Potter whatever in your playthrough:
1) Open console command and find an item ID you want to play with 2) Then type: player.equipitem (power ID) 1. (*Note you MUST put 1 after an ID number, or it may not work*) 3) Then open your Pip-Boy and find a power you've equipped. 4) Press R or any key you binded to drop a power that you equipped into the world. Do not pick it up or keep it in any containers. 5) Equip any melee weapons you like (I prefer a wooden stake from Atomguard mod by Galejro, it looks like a wand. Or, you can try The Elder Swords mod that ported from Skyrim, it has a lot of cool staves!) 6) Enjoy!
Note: - You can do this up to three bolts. The method I did above will give you one bolt per attack. Do this again will give you another bolt up to three bolts. - You can use the same element bolt like three fire bolts or seperate elements like fire, frost, shock per attack as you like. - You can remove these items by going to surgery center like Doc Crocker. You character will automatically unequip your some equipped items. - This also work with another mods those add an attack like this, like Technomancer Super by Aerys or Quake's powers by mmdestiny. - This doesn't work with guns or ranged attacks. Only melee equipments. - So that's mean it also works on swords too if you want to play as an anime character who can blast a power from his/her sword lol. - Combined this with another powers mods like Mutant Powers or Psyker Powers will make you look like you have supernatural abilities. Have fun!
It's very amazing... I can fight as if I am in another world with custom animation... I noticed when I knock down enemy with this weapon, enemy knock count doesn't count to pipboy... as reason, if player's level are high level, the "rate" damage also be high. I think it "rate" damage is not player knock count. this weapon is include to melee so if player shot the energy to directly to enemy or it hit directly attack, count may be to pipboy. if we wanna up the enemy knock down count to pipboy, need change "rate" value on script and this weapon base damage need change higher than now... Man I really wish I could swap out the electric one for a fusion cell laser, but when I tried doing it, the lasers fired from the feet and I can't figure out how to change that.
I'm having the same issue. May someone tell us how to move the projectile to a different body part, like the head or back to the hand? Thanks in advance.
I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong, but something's not working. I can create the implants just fine, but when I equip them, I just punch. I can't make them actually activate. The super powers mod did the same thing with me. Have I forgotten to install something?

I'm still making back ups of my saves beforehand, though.
