My only sort of issue list is that the brahmin are dumb and end up in the bar a lot (which is of course amusing if nothing else) and the navmesh for the areas around the west end of the bridge are a little wonky, so settlers have issues getting to their work stations.
To be fair, I would recommend always avoiding NMM and instead manually installing your TS blueprints into your own numbered folder to ensure you don't overwrite/conflict with anything.
