THIS MOD REQUIRES FAR HARBOR, NUKA-WORLD, WASTELAND WORKSHOP, AND CONTRAPTIONS WORKSHOP TO WORK!
Hazelwood Manor is a player home converted from Grandchester Mansion. It has some light decorating already done inside, a lot of which can be scrapped. The interior AND exterior are fully functioning workshops! This mod was created using only in game assets so downloading the .esp and enabling it is all that needs to be done.
-Located Right next to Westing Estate.
-The key is located in the mailbox!-Exterior workshop workbench is a blue fuse box on the back of the garage.
-Interior workshop workbench is located in the basement which is accessed from the kitchen.
-This should be near the top of the load as it makes changes to the landscape of the world.
COMPATIBILITY ISSUES AND OTHER INFO
-Works best on a new game but you can install and use with existing same game but that landscape around the manor may not load correctly.
-If you are using other landscape altering mods place this mod below those.
