This is actually quite nice. Realistically, Canines are given higher ranks than their handlers to prevent abuse, so when the handlers do abuse their dogs they're arrested for abusing a superior.
Despite the description, the first time I downloaded this mod I didn't replace anything. But it was available as stand alone items. Oddly enough even the " Dogmeat Minutemen Armor" armor is available on this file. I tried un-installing the mod and installed the " Dogmeat Minutemen Armor" but the wrap texture on the grip for the back of heavy armor is bright blue instead of the default color (the image for the mod showed default color).
Even strange was after I un-installed the " Dogmeat BOS Armor", the " Dogmeat BOS Armor" started behaving as a replacer for the default armor if any of the mods are installed. Funny enough, when I un-installed everything, the game didn't even notify me they were missing from previous saves.
Yes it's allot of complaining but It's fair to complain since I tried it.
@Pien99, there is a Minutemen but for Railroad and Institute I haven't seen it seperately, might be part of Armoursmith Extended. However, Agent/Courser Dogmeat would still make sense given Nick Valentine's introduction in Reunions if you skip meeting Dogmeat prior to that point.
