This is a Transfer Settlements Blueprint using Conquest to expand my Caladons Boston Sky Home to a fully functional Settlement

Welcome to Caladons Angel Aerie!
This is a Transfer Settlements Blueprint using Conquest to expand my Caladons Boston Sky Home to a fully functional Settlement. This Settlement is located in the Fens, directly above the Fens Intersection and the Back Bay of the Boston Libary.
This is a Multi-Building, Multi-Storied, Glass floored and walled Platform High above the Fens looking down on Diamond City. The Pool is Directly above the Boston Library, so if you go on the roof of the Library you will be swimming. This also effects the subway entrance under the Library for about 10 feet.

Build Your Own Pool
Installation:
Download with the Mod Manager of your choice and when running install you will be prompted for which slot you want the blueprint installed in ( Pick an empty slot or the existing blueprint will be overwritten! )
You can Fast Travel from either the hatch behind the Workshop House in Sanctuary Hills, or the hatch behind the Projector Building in the Starlight Drive In. There is also a Hatch in the Fens in the Back Bay behind the Boston Library directly below the Platform.
Once on the Platform use Conquest to create the Location as a Settlement.
Now Using Transfer Settlements Import Caladons Angel Aerie from whatever slot you installed it in.
Once the Import is complete Save and Load the game as you should after any Import from Transfer Settlements.
