My dude if you port this to Xbox and like I know this is how to be insta cancer on this site but you would be the most downloaded mod instantly. Trust me. And if your lucky get on one of those niche console mod reviewers and have this mod become even more popular

Can someone please help? I downloaded this with NMM and have like 50 other mods that I use and nothing interferes with this... but when I go in game it just doesn't work. Answers?
I dont know if its possible yet, but would you be able to make holotapes that, when selected, change the back ground between images? It would be like changing the wallpapers on computers and devices today but with a fallout style method. Plus this could set the groundwork for all sorts of background themed mods.
