it's probably the best that can be done with bethesda's system, they also don't magically shrink under armor. either you can't make armor just look bigger or people can't be bothered to figure out how, whichever the case I would call this more "realistic" than your character's body shrinking down to the vanilla size.
It really was the best I could do with the tools at my disposal and my skill with them (which is amateurish at best). My character in the screenshots has the Josie body shape, which is rather a lot curvier than the standard CBBE curvy. I imagine it would look pretty good with the default CBBE presets.
En realidad, hay versiones femeninas de armaduras corporales, son exactamente similares a la versión masculina, pero tienen la curvatura del pecho para facilitar el uso de la mujer.
Actualy, There are female version of body-armours, there are exactly similiar than the males version but they have the curvature for the breast for easy wear of the female.
When I try to uninstall the bodyshape stays persistent. Tried finding the bodyslide folders in Data>Tools>Bodyslide but they aren't there (obviously because I uninstalled them). I tried reinstalling the Armor Mod without this mod installed ( and then a clean install) and the bodyshape is still there. I don't understand how the meshes can stay like that after deleting and redownloading the file. Any help would be appreciated thanks.
When you build a mesh, the mesh itself gets replaced with the build one. uninstall the armor mod, go to data - meshes to find any remains of the mod and remove them, then reinstall the armor mod.
To get the Veteran Ranger Armor to work if I am understanding the problem right you need to right click on the armor elements after you have it loaded in outfit studio and select move and then align the out fit with the cbbe body. http://imgur.com/6SXrBaU http://imgur.com/SA3h0Ar I hope that helps.
That worked! Kind of, anyway. Now I've got flyaway meshes stretching into eternity (from the gauntlets and I have no idea why) and the outfit somehow lost its physics along the way. I'll keep working at it, see if I can figure it out, and if I can you can expect the Veteran Ranger Armor to be added to this mod page in the near future. Thank you so much for your help.
After a round of testing, I've come to the conclusion that moving the mesh in Outfit Studio is somehow breaking parts of it. The back of the collar and the physics enabled part of the coat both stretch several feet in the direction I had to move the meshes to make it actually usable. The gloves do the same thing, but since they are technically a separate item loaded onto the character via a script attached to the armor, I figured I could fix it by moving it in Outfit Studio and then building it in BodySlide. That changed how it looked and definitely improved it, but it still broke horribly. I have also figured out that it has something to do with armor weighting because changing the weighting drastically affected the way in which the armor broke, but I have yet to figure out how to use that to actually fix it.
