I noticed when using Transfere Settlement there was no one that had made the Slog yet...
So I tried

This is my first upload EVER and I am very nervous.
This is not even finished settlement.
And I used allot of stuff from allot of mods..
What Im 99% sure is that 99% of you probably cant play it...

I really tried to make it different then your avarage settlement.
There is used Sim Settlement for some of the buildings and most of the stores.
IMPORTANT!
You need to do some cleaning in the settlement before placing this.
All of the inside in the house needs to be scrapped
