   is there a fast travel that costs caps mod out there?
   i want it to cost money so there is some balance.

   Interesting you got it to work with all versions. Even with Address Library it seems most MAs can't do that.

      It doesn't add anything you can see. It simply allows you to use fast travel (on your map by selecting a point of interest you want to fast travel to) in places and situations where normally it was prohibited. See the list under [Features] on the Description tab.
