    Great mod! only funny issue i have is some of the settlers fall through and hit the ground from up top. I have a mod that makes settlers die, so graygarden will always be forever be run by robots cause they never leave the ground lol!

    I PLAYED second time but these time i lost all my settlement and lazy to build, but i get you blue print all nice has nice building without use
    other ridiculous mod needed that turn glitch structure because has old mod that doesn't support 1.10.163, i just need build extra into your building, thumb up nice vanilla concrete build.

    I love the look of this build and I can import it fine, but the settlers have problems finding the items assigned to them and constantly complain about not having beds. I have 9 settlers excluding robots but they just can't seem to find their way around the settlement or get stuck in the floors by walking on the original highway. After an attack, the siren sounded and they FELL from the overpass to get there. Finch Farm has a similar problem. I'm wondering if I can scrap the overpass to solve the problem with a scrapping mod. Any thoughts?

      Thanks! This is a large and odd build, but I like the results too.

      Usually after a while the settlers get the hang of the build at both settlements you mention, but there will always be some wonkyness since pathfinding and navmeshes are not that great in this game.

      You 'can' scrap anything you want, including the overpass. Just be aware you may have some unforeseen repercussions since the build is designed to have it there. Also may have to patch a few areas to compensate for the overpass not being there. Ultimately up to you though! Have fun with it :)

      Can always make a backup save before any drastic editing in case you don't like the results.

      I found this mod too add which lets you navmesh. Personally I also had problem with settlers getting stuck or some other settler issues, i've found this mod useful. Try it out to see if it helps: https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/22322/

    Also is this normal? I'm not sure if "A healthier commonwealth" is putting in more ground... not sure how to fix it

      I honestly can't say since my builds are 100% vanilla assets.Probably? is my answer though.

      No, I build around the overpass. It's still there as far as my blueprint is concerned.

    Love this. As an institute player I'm slowly replacing the concrete parts with the thick institute colored counterparts from SSE / SKE which is..painful..but it's a lovely blueprint!

    Can anyone help?

    I have trouble importing Graygarden as well. At the very end of the import it says “Import successful”, then as soon as I touch a key, it bombs to desktop. I’ve followed all the instructions and have successfully imported Red Rocket, Tenpines Bluff, The Castle, Taffington Boathouse, Finch Farm (Awesome! ) and Covenant. All brilliant.

    But for some reason Graygarden bombs out after a successful import. I have tried five times now, all bomb out at the end. Any Ideas?

      Oddly I've been fighting with my Covenant build for the last 3 days. Attempted importing 7 times, and failed on power up 6/7. No obvious reason either. I had the TS team looking in to it and they are getting the same random results. I finally got it to import successfully on the 7th try using the rapid preset like I always do.

      Your situation seems to be different though. You are getting CTD. after import. I've had that before too. This is a very large build which could be part of the issue.

      Thanks for the reply.

      I did it in the end.

      First I nuked my old settlement. Made a save, quit game, came back in and reloaded save. Then I imported the Graygarden Blueprint. It worked! The Graygarden settlement by this guy is awesome. Lots for lights not working, but all you have to do is re-attach them. The power metre is GREEN, usually RED, but it’s all working and it’s a very impressive build. This guy must have spent weeks building this.

      In the last hour, I’m still trying to find trading locations - lol.

      Try nuking you old settlement, save, quit game, then try again.

      It worked for me.

      That Covenant build I was having issues with? Yeah, it just randomly decided to work without changing anything. I used the exact same settings I always do and it just suddenly decided to work. GroteGrottrol has tried it a dozen times, 10 fails then it just started working for him for the next 2 ... no obvious explanation that we can figure out yet.

      I see you dropped by CDante's Discord. Stay a bit longer next time, there's quite a few names in there you should recognize :)

      Hi There,

      Just noticed something odd about Graygardens. I can’t touch anything. If I do it instantly bombs to desktop. I can walk around and open doors, but as soon as I touch something, like a light bulb, or chair, it bombs.

      Any idea how to fix this?

      Unfortunately I do not know why the game would CTD by trying to interact with something in WS mode (made an assumption there since you mention opening doors which would not be in WS, but interacting with lights would require it - hope I am correct).

      I just imported Graygarden into a new save 2 days ago, and went back to the settlement to see if I could replicate the issue you describe, but nothing I've selected in WS mode causes a CTD. On a side note, I had a CTD issue with my Red Rocket build (I'm upgrading it and will be releasing a v1.20 sometime in the near future). It was quite weird - placing decorations caused CTD almost constantly, like signs or pictures. I completely wiped out my FO4 install and reinstalled it (twice actually) and haven't had the issue since - but even before reinstalling and even after reinstalling the file verification passed on Steam. Still no idea why it crashed, but it seems to have stopped crashing now.

      I guess a few questions are in order...
      What TS settings did you use to import?
      Did you FT away and rest in an interior cell to force the cell to reset?
      Did you do a save immediately after import or wait?

      Oddly enough the import I did 2 days ago of Graygarden succeeded first try and I was able to immediately start using the WS to get the yellow lamps lit up (as usual). However I had several of my settlements freeze on power up while try to import them and had to try seven or more times before I got a stable import. Again not sure why. It's completely random. Wasn't even freezing at the same spot. I started a new save since my old one is buggy, and am therefore importing all my old builds to continue to work on them. Since it's so random, it's a matter of keep trying until it works.

      A suggestion based on my own recent experience - reboot, nuke the settlement, and save. Exit the game reload, save again. Reboot and try the import. I suspect there is a memory leak in FO4 so a fresh boot should give you the most stable results.

    Hi! I am having issues with this blueprint. It takes 1 hour on the rapid preset of TS to import on my pc. I got disappointed that after i imported it it just didn't have any electric power and this thing is huuuge. it would take me days/weeks just to wire this up Is there any suggestions that might help fix my issue? I can import gophers vault 88 and it got power but for some unknown reasons yours doesn't and i need help!!

      Sorry to hear you are having problems. Try following the instructions in this guide:

      Also, you could try using the console command TGP to 'toggle game pause' while importing and then TGP again once the import completes to continue your session.

      Oh i only have issue with this specific blueprint and not with the rest of them. *gasps* .. I guess i have to go all around the settlements and wire the things up...

      There is no bug in the blueprint. The steps in the guide are meant to help if Transfer Settlements isn't behaving and people have trouble with the import or even exporting. Those are legit steps to get the import to work 100% which would save you actually having to go around and wire everything yourself.

      Up to you though ultimately. Having wired it up myself while building it, I know it's a time consuming task.
