What does it do?

This blueprint adds a working power station, water pump station, recruitment tower, raid siren and a few defenses nearby. I wanted to make a functional building which gave me a room to play with logic switches and not have to place generators, switches, etc. all over the settlement allowing control over power output to the entire settlement. Currently the control room allows raid sirens to turn off all power to the settlement and redirect it to one output for defenses with exception of the water system and main building. The main building is on it's own breaker and when switched off a back up lighting* system kicks in. The main building powers the elevator, recruitment tower and one raid siren, with enough units left over to power 3 more sirens. Water pumps are also on a separate breaker and use 10 units with 10 to spare. Street lights have there own breaker with just enough units to run 10 Lights and run wireless to buildings.  It's all well labeled making it very flexible and allowing full customization.

Requirements

Lite Version: Bare bones version w no fusion generator (80 units energy), no furniture, no backup lighting or front gate and just a few signs.

*Full Version: (all the above mods)
All clutter and furniture, outer bldg doors are auto doors, large front wooden bridge gate on auto doors, blinking control lights, back up lighting, bldg and street lights on timers and a fusion generator (180 units energy).

Installation

Installing from a clean save is highly recommended! Use a mod (I use Scrap Anything) to clean up the scrub, foundation, front steps, etc. around the first scrap-able house when you cross the bridge into Sanctuary. Before importing set Transfer Settlements to Stable (I found the animated powering up phase gave me ctd.)

Important: Unfortunately,Transfer Settlements does not recognize the power connections of the pass through and vertical conduits these must be reset after import by going into workshop mode and picking up the object and cancelling the move to reset the connections (I marked all these connections with a "Do Not Tamper" sign). The elevator buttons are also messed up on import, you will need to store it in workshop and place it back with any mod that lets you move stuff, Place Anywhere works great, then remove the panel outside to reconnect the conduit. Reset the red back up lights by moving them (or storing them) them only when the Makeshift battery is providing power so they sync to that wireless signal, if everything is connected right just shut the Bldg switch off before you set them. Logic Gates do not transfer either in fact it messes them up big, I have a few pics and a video to show how to connect them it's fairly easy just an "XOR" and an "AND" switch, everything is there just need to make the connections. Hopefully in the future these bugs will be fixed and I'll release a new version.

Notes

This blueprint is a bit of work but well worth it once it's operational. I know the Fusion generator is OP but I needed to fill the space with something lol. Please feel free to edit as you wish and have fun with it. I also know the Power room is not really supported with beams but snap points glitched it inside I scrapped three versions trying to get beams working on that end lol. I was going to setup a switch to close gates but it's easier to do that at the trap location. Please post any logic gate combinations you come up with so we can all utilize them. I plan on adding more to Sanctuary but will do it in another blueprint to keep imports easier and stable. Not taking bug reports I have no issues loading this into a clean save.
