   OK, I just played through the mini quest and found the emporium. I know I'm repeating myself but this...is the greatest mod ever.
   
   But Lilly only has one of every hat available for sale. I need to buy mass quantities for my settlers. When do they respawn?

      Hm..
      
      If you cleared an area: 30 days.
      If you haven't: 10 days.
      
      Or I could just increase the amount of hats. Is 125 of each enough?
      Anything else I should add? Radiation protection, armor?

   Not very immersive. The blue party hat should be running for a few billion caps. :^)

      Runescape?? I've read the street price is 2.1 billion. That can't be right.

      LOL, I'm glad you got the reference!
      
      And the street price is insane. A few party hats are now worth more than max cash stack, meaning they are traded along with other items.
