so I assume say you use a mod that changes the color of the pip boy would not work with this. But by some odd chance would it work with say a mod that turns the pip boy neon I don't know pink. Would it work with the screen change.
The way you have it set up it only looks good with the default Pip Boy UI color because of the green tint, but I opened it in photoshop and took all the saturation out and now it looks good with my purple screen. The only issue is that now I don't have that cool shadow effect under the cracks~
the shadow effect is actually painted on the texture itself (no shaders or dynamic shadows) , since it was bright green I could have make the green darker by painting with a brush of 50% opacity , with the purple you say you put on it try making drop shadows black , maybe it will work.
that is the problem , since the shadows are painted on the image which is flat if the bg is black you cant have any shadows :/ , I will upload in a few moments a new version and I will include PSD file with all the layers for your convenience so you can edit just the background freely , make it a bit brighter not complete black , I will leave the drop shadow effect on the cracks layer so you can edit that too ,
