"ammo that come in your inventory directly from the weapon magazine when you pick up it of a fallen enemy" this is literally the only thing I want, does anyone know of a mod that can do this without the extra hassle? Getting 30+ bullets from each enemy is absurd.

Not absurd, if you use the options to make everything 8x more expensive, and the sell value 1/3 of the original (at least I remember choosing these options).
Then ammo becomes your main income source, and use it as money, like in the Metro games. You're gonna need all that ammo, especially if you want to build settlements (I don't, so I used a mod that stopped the attacks against them), because with most of the resources deleted from the world you'll rely on vendors, and they are expensive!
I'm using the Looted World mod and some more options from this one and they created a very good, balanced game for me.

Noticing some weird behaviour after accessing Far harbour content. I run this with WOTC and so it has been normal to fight very high level enemies in the commonwealth. However, at roughly 200 hours (lvl 19) I ventured to Far Harbour and the spawns there don't appear to be scaling properly.

More concerning is that when returning to the Commonwealth, the spawns here are also not scaling properly. All enemies I have encountered since are very weak enemies at or near parity with my current level.

Can't think why this is happening. I have not made any changes to mod configuration for roughly a year and it was playing fine for a long time up until the point I went to Far Harbour. Seems as though the creature level lists have reset themselves upon accessing the DLC.

Not going to rule out the possibility of this being related to WOTC, which I know has it's own rules for level lists.

The less modifiers appear to work for all but a few spawns. Typically I only get about 5-12 rounds of ammo and a stimpak on roughly every 20th humanoid enemy. But in my game, some spawns like Railroad and Forged have loads of ammo on them.

Railroad guys for some reason have on average 80 railway spikes and Forged guys have about 50 flamer fuel and one or two Molotov on each guy.

I don't understand as I have LL&A modules loaded after everything that touches spawns. It's not like these are special or unique spawns either. I just had to refrain from looting that stuff from them, but it's a pain as I need to enter quantity transfer mode and take small portions of what each corpse yields.

    Hello guys!

I appreciate this thread may not be as active, but does anyone know how to edit the mod itself? I would like to make ammo about 95-90% less rather than the mod's top setting of 75% or 80%.

I have both the Creation Kit and FO4Edit but essentially unskilled. Is there a simple step to edit the mods files?

    Thanks in advance!

xedit is your best bet, once you get used to it, changing a mod like you want to do takes just a few minutes.
It's basically essential for correcting conflicts between mods and getting your load order right as well.

Do the less loot modifiers need to be loaded after both WOTC and Arbitration?

It feels like this does not affect mobs outside vanilla spawns, but I can't say for sure. Still finding a massive amount of stimpaks and legendary items.

Still works fine, error message from Vortex but just ignore it.

Hoping for an update so I can try this mod. It sounds wonderful but too many errors on install to test it.

For anyone looking to make fallout 4 more like the brutal survival experience it should be, I urge you to try this mod, I had doubts before downloading but it just nails it. Stimpaks are super hard to come by (rather than your massive stockpile in vanilla) and everything is much more expensive so food and water suddenly become vital. Really hope the mod author keeps it updated for any future vanilla patches, I just cannot play without it lol. My only tip for people who want ammo to feel even more scarce is to either play without the scrounger perk or download the mod on the nexus that nerfs scrounger even more and put it below this one in the load order, I still felt like it wasn't quite nerfed enough by this mod. But seriously, GIVE THIS MOD A GO!

Can't agree more, even in survival there is too much loot and I always ended up with huge stocks of ammo, food and medicine after 10 hours or so... Too much loot becomes boring and breaks the pace!

That said, I'm not sure the option for legendary drops works as intended: I set it to 25%, but all legendary enemies I killed so far dropped something... That's a minor complaint though since I never loot legendary armor and I only pick up legendary weapons I'm interested in!
