I take it you changed the material files in nif skope or was it something else? That's how I did it with the custom power armor frames. That's the only thing I seen that effected the underarmor in the power armor frames.
Actually it was even easier than that. I found the record in Fallout4.esm using FO4Edit. There's several records for the different underarmours that display in power armour frames, and the BOS one already exists. The only issue is that Bethesda accidentally made this point to the road leathers model instead of the BOS Uniform. It was just a matter of fixing that.
Oh cool I'll have to lool at it and see if I can change it to the wetsuit. In my game it points to the vault suit. Thanks for letting me know how you fixed it.
