Seems the mod is doing ok, so I guess I will answer common questions.
1, How do you earn the Gardeners respect to do bounties? -It's actually really simple and obvious, figure it out. 2, Does this work with _____ mod? - it should. nothing has really been edited. All is new and standalone. That being said, mods that make you friends with the gunners are going to make the hunters friendly ALL the time. A few console commands that remove you from that faction AND makes you neutral to them will be required. 3, Can you explain how every aspect and mechanic of the mod works? - No, what would be the fun of a mod that you know everything about? this is not a weapon, armor or faction mod. it's like this to be an experience mod. like a game should be. 4, can I stalk you and post on your mod page and find you on discord? can I ask you a bunch of questions and tell you about my experiences? - yes, you can. just don't show up at my house. I don't know what this thing is where people think that a modder is somehow some untouchable person that has no time to deal with people. I don't do this for money. please tell me your epic story with my mod. that's the best payment I can get.

i not sure when i can keep working on this so i don't think it would be fair for me to hold on to this if there are others out there that can improve/fix issues.
i love this mod, but i found out the hard way why it's a bad mod, my save is corrupt and i probably should have paid attention to the signs, for a while there i thought it was other mods in my load order causing this, but it was this mod all along.
it's not a shitty mod, it was really quite fun, but it's meant for late game when your damn near unbeatable when it's already time to get a new save game going lol.
thank goodness i finally found this mod again, last time my PC died and i had to sort of rebuild it and i remember a cool mod but not it's name, it finally dawned on me that i could find this mod in my early download history and here i am once again, this mod my god was so much fun being hunted and what a challenge too.
I really don't understand the design of this mod. The bounty hunters just sort of walk up to you non-hostile, and then just kill you. Like, bam, one shot, you're dead without warning. You could be building a settlement, or talking to someone, and then you're dead because you didn't see a squad of bounty hunters rock up behind you and just kill you instantly, as no-one reacts as they are not hostile. I must be missing something or maybe its not updated and that's making it behave in a deranged manner, I don't know. It certainly doesn't help that they are then hard to kill even if you do see them.
how the hell do I earn the gardener's respect?! I've killed massive amounts of hunters and he still doesn't want to give me quests. I also tried to let them down me and take me alive but that doesn't work because they stay around after they down you and gun you down anyway.
let them get you down to low health, when you get paralyzed turn on god mode so they don't kill you before fucking off. then you talk to the gardener and he gives you jobs.
Just want to highlight this. The mod is amazing and whatever happened doesn't seem to the design flaw or anything. I fought two sets of bounty hunters near my settlements, Abernathy and Starlight. Abernathy stopped functioning even though nothing was damaged in the attack. The fight near Starlight however crashed my entire game because one bounty hunter died right at the settlement build exist area and got stuck there. I also put some if their gears on my mannequins and when I tried scrapping the said mannequin, the game completely froze.
I thought it was some cell reset issue and I waited for two weeks in my County Crossing settlement but the issue persisted. The game also kept crashing whenever I fast traveled to Drumlin Diner. I had to reload an old save and lost a few hours of gameplay, plus an amazing settlement build at Starlight.
I am restarting the mod and will update regarding this if the issue happens again.
I had similar issues. This mod unfortunately broke or is conflicting with something. I kept crashing and the Form ID's responsible for the crash was bounty hunter characters. I tried adjusting my load order but still had the same issue. I ended up having to remove this mod and then my crashes stop :D
