Drop chances:
Vanilla Robots has
50% chance to drop a limb
40% chance to drop a ranged weapon (Assaultron will not drop ranged weapons)
40% chance to drop a melee weapon (Sentry bot will not drop melee weapons)
60% chance to drop a factory armor piece (including the storage variant)
Sentry bots have 10% penalty (40-30-50%) on account of the violent death explosion
All parts are appropriate for the robot type that drops them

Mechanist bots have
2 x 50% chance to drop something from the Mechanist master list
20% chance to drop any melee weapon (Swarmbots will not drop melee weapons)
Tankbots have 5% chance to drop an unstable weapon
(this results in 0-15 robot parts + whatever the Automatron script adds)

Mechanist master list has
2 x 40% chance to drop any limb
20% chance to drop any ranged weapon
2 x 40% chance to drop any factory armor (including the storage variant)
20% chance to drop any advanced armor (hydraulic frame or voltaic frame)
5% chance to drop any misc mod (ex hacking module)

Rust Devil bots have
50% chance to drop a limb
20% chance to drop any ranged weapon (Assaultron will not drop ranged weapons)
2 x 50% chance to drop something from the Rust Devil master list
(this results in 0-10 robot parts + whatever the Automatron script adds)

Rust Devil master list has
20% chance to drop any melee weapon
2 x 30% chance to drop any Rust Devil armor
5% chance to drop any unstable armor (ex Gorgon helm)
