Mod adds a small beautiful house by the pond at Chestnut Hillock Reservoir,
pretty close to Vault 81 and near Diamond City.
DO NOTE, I MADE THIS MOD ENTIRELY FOR MYSELF!
The requirements are what they are, the aesthetics are what they are.. etc.

- Mirror to change your appearance
- Workbenches are all linked to the same workshop cloud
- Armour, weapon, chem and cooking stations
- Functional terminal
- Bobblehead shelf
- Nuka-Cola display shelf that works with the DLC items
- Armour Racks that you can change gender of (use the button on the pillar)
- Bed gives Well Rested bonus (or Lover's Embrace)
- Water source for survival
- Unique named storage all over
- Tons of custom clutter and furniture

YOU WILL LOSE ALL THE ITEMS! I REPEAT. DO NOT SWAP THEM MANNEQUINS UNLESS THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY EMPTY!!

I couldn't get the supply lines and sending companions here to work. I have the settlement quest and prerequisites set up but for some reason it doesn't fully work.
If someone wants to help with that I would muchly appreciate!
The house comes with a basement that is accessed from outside. Build all your custom mod-added workbenches etc. there, or add beds for your friends and so on.
Use the three buttons in the house to customise it:
Swap mannequin sex
Change radio from DC radio to Institute
or the colourful retro patterns upstairs, into some more plain ones
:: RECOMMENDED MODS ::
- Rename Anything by registrator2000 so you can rename the storage containers like dressers if you'd like
- Place Everywhere for awesome settlementbuildery times
:: KNOWN ISSUES ::
- When exiting the mirror chargen, draw a gun to fix the third person glitch !!
- Weapon barrel, bookcase and gear storage etc. don't have quick loot, they're activators and work differently from "normal containers"
- Might have compatibility problems with mods that edit Chestnut Hillock Reservoir
- Navmesh is not perfect outside
- A non-DLC version is in the works
