Permissions and credits
This is an ESP development of MikeMoore's AEAR-1 energy assault rifle. Instead of the standard
laser classification, it is classified as a plasma rifle internally (not plasma-infused but actual plasma).  
The development does not stop there. The rifle now reaps the benefits of the Commando perk
(thru esp changes, as it's exclusively automatic), has boosted damage (from 12 to 40, just don't ask),
has green plasma bolts and all the plasma overhangs (green goo, green muzzle flash) and improved
damage boost for an automatic weapon in this game.  It now uses plasma cartridges.

NOTE: Spawn another AEAR-1 or steal from raiders/Gunners or the gun won't shoot.

Since MikeMoore quit Fallout 4 modding then I may not fix all the problems caused by this edit.
And also I am just a total beginner so bear with me.  I simply edit stuff I can edit.

AND......SORRY I messed up a little bit. I forgot to change the projectile attributes here.  I realized that I've changed
the archive data (i.e. changed the projectile mesh IN THE ARCHIVE) in my personal game hahaha.  The projectile reference
should point to the game directory of the plasma projectile shown in the images. To those who have downloaded REDOWNLOAD
ASAP!!
