I was thinking of another concept that you might like, how about a simple mod that changes the requirements for crafting tables? it really makes no sense that you have to be a leader to modify your gun lol...
Like this mod, it could be based on gun nut/armorer perks etc, what do you think?
That is a great idea and should be easy enough to change the power Armour stand, weapon table, cooking station etc. Some of them like the cooking station i'm unsure what perks should be linked to that if any.
Also since this is getting outside of the name and description of this mod i'm unsure if i should change the name to something else or just make an entirely new mod. I could also try creating a fomod and simply adding it as a new option but i would still need a name change for the mod.
In the end that mod was fairly pointless to create as anyone who wanted to subvert the local leader requirements for crafting table could just type tgm into the console. This mod was created more as a testing ground for me to see how the fo4edit works so i could understand the stats behind perks. You can also just download fo4edit and create is yourself to better understand it and it will also allow you to make other mods in the future.
Oh of course, I just try and keep my console commands to a minimum to avoid taking myself out of the experience. Luckily enough we're both spared the effort, someone had already made http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/1081 and I found it yesterday :3
Would you consider a simpler, standalone file that simply removes the 'Cap Collector' perk's requirement from any of the stores, leaving everything else in place? I make tons of money in every Beth game so I don't want to scale up how much I'm making, but I do want to make higher-tier stores.

Would it be possible to have a second set of weapon-store blueprints that require blacksmith in the main file? Having it as an either/or would be much simpler, but I'm not sure if there are any technical limitations like not being able to share the same name.
Added in new requirements for the weapon and armor stores in the latest update, if you have any ideas for the other stores that would be great as well.
Oh, great I was thinking, that maybe scrounger might be appropiate for junk and clothes store, you know, when you are scrounging for ammo you do find lots of other stuff As for food... maybe lead belly, 'cause it takes a lot of trial and error to make something from irradiated produces.
That makes sense, ill have an optional version up later that changes the gun nut requirement to blacksmith instead for players that want to enjoy a melee playstyle

Seems to be a popular way to do it, it's how I organized things when I made Skyrim mods :3
