hey so i know this is kinda a old mod and i'm not expecting to get a response but i'm having issues with the mod i installed it and went to the location it was working fine at first but after he told me about the holotags i went off to get some when i returned he would refuse to talk to me is there a issue it didn't say it requirerments any help ?

Here is the official posts for "Delano of the Enclave" mod that I am working on.
Right now its early days, but I do not plan on stopping. I am posting here on the Nexus to share it and get people to test it out for me.
